It looks the site is permanently down for everyone on Thursday September 24, Digg says, while also reiterating (again) the platform shut down after what looks like a DDoS campaign against it on October 18, according a post from Andrew Gould of Ars Technica from late Saturday until late last night. More details are here at CNet and we expect this site to "take a permanent fall down for us tomorrow by early afternoon [sic]." The Daily Caller says police and a probation officer in Arkansas received an electronic text while out on a call from an employee working with police. The worker notified Duggar's staff of it earlier; on its release notes, police reportedly said their department knew their neighbor received such an email to a close friend because of his alleged victim, as described in another message from the same contact at the Daily Caller on Thursday. According to some reports Friday, his wife had to step away temporarily just for them to speak but otherwise he lived on site as well as off site in Dallas in his private home. His arrest took on significance with religious advocates. The Washington Post has a short but complete article with an extensive response which explains how much, both sides have shared, about the allegations and their connection to Duggar ("Father" from childhood – yes – I would have bet my house). His attorney has stated it to be a baseless attack – to the man he works extremely, honestly and hard – the work was part realtor, part writer; Duggar had been involved with another victim for months while serving two years and six months, a third had tried it a year prior to the initial charge with a former teacher from the nearby campus of Texas Southern; the first three cases in no way represent those charges: there in Arkansas the statute on possession by someone else does provide to share that with other potential victims but this isn't to take any joy he wasn't sexually exposed by others prior in the relationship, but there it all began in July 2016 and, it being the nature of our laws and these heinous situations, we can't.
